I started out in the health care profession in the late 70’s working at a major hospital on the east coast. I worked there for several years in various departments before transferring to the pharmacy department working as a pharmacy technician filling prescriptions and dispensing various medications to the hospital floors.
After a few years I left the health care industry to pursue a different course, but once I retired I decided to renew my interest in health care by writing about various health issues and subjects because I not only have felt the affects of aging and poor healthcare, I also see how poor health has had a devastating affect on many lives.
Our goal is to do our best to provide our readers with the most up to date diet and health, news, information, products and programs to help our readers reach and maintain thier optimal overall health and well-being.
